Vienna day tour

If you are looking for a day trip from Prague, Vienna tour is a great option. Vienna is the capital of Austria and one of the most beautiful and cultural cities in Europe. You can explore its historic center, visit its palaces, enjoy its coffee culture and sample its famous cuisine. Vienna is about 300 kilometers from Prague, the drive is about 4 hours.

We will start the day at the Schönbrunn Palace, the former summer residence of the Habsburgs and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. You guide will show you its baroque architecture, stroll through its gardens and zoo, and introduce you to its rich history.

Our Vienna tour will continue at the city center and the Hofburg Palace, the former imperial palace and the current seat of the Austrian president.
After that, we will walk along the Ringstrasse, the circular boulevard that surrounds the old town and showcases some of the most impressive buildings in Vienna. You can see the Opera House, the Parliament, the City Hall, the Burgtheater, and the Museum Quarter.
For lunch, we will encourage you to try some of the local specialties such as schnitzel, strudel, or sachertorte at one of the many cafes or restaurants in the city. You can also enjoy a cup of Viennese coffee with whipped cream and a slice of cake.
Our Vienna tour will conclude at the St. Stephen’s Cathedral, the Gothic masterpiece that dominates the city skyline.
